Once you have successfully placed an order, our customer care team will contact you via the information and phone number provided to verify the order and inform you about the delivery time, along with any other necessary information.
After the order is successfully verified, it will be delivered to you depending on the delivery location. For orders within the Ninh Kieu District, Cai Rang District, and Binh Thuy District of Can Tho City:
- For orders valued at less than 300,000 VND, an additional shipping fee of 30,000 VND will be charged.
- For orders valued at 300,000 VND or more, free shipping will be applied.
For orders outside Can Tho City or international orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on the rates of the delivery service provider.
Orders placed on Sundays will be processed and delivered starting from the following Monday.
Orders placed outside of business hours will be considered starting from the following morning.
