1. Payment Methods:

To provide the best convenience for our customers, Sinh Nguyễn® Coffee offers several payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash upon receiving your order.
• Bank Transfer: Transfer directly to our bank account. (Please include your order number in the transfer description).
• Online Payment: Through credit/debit cards or electronic wallets via our website’s payment gateway.

2. Payment Process:

• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • Select the COD option when placing your order.
  • Make the payment to the delivery personnel upon receiving your package.
• Bank Transfer:
  • Select the Bank Transfer option when placing your order.
  • Transfer the total amount to the following account:
    • Account Name:
    • Account Number:
    • Bank:
    • Branch:
  • After making the transfer, please send the transfer receipt and your order number to admin@sinhnguyen.vn for verification.
• Online Payment:
  • Select the Online Payment option when placing your order.
  • Follow the instructions on the payment gateway to complete the payment.

3. Payment Confirmation:

• After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• For Bank Transfers, the order will be processed once the payment is verified.
• For COD orders, payment is confirmed at the time of delivery.

4. Payment Issues:

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

• Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to our return and refund policy. Please refer to the Product Return Policy for more details.
